Off-form concrete on the harbour. A Federation house restored in the inner east. A new home in lime render and timber. Different briefs. The same standard of build.

View project →A bespoke off-form concrete house with an awe-inspiring four-storey atrium, dramatic marble, sculpted curves and two pavilions capturing expansive coastal views. A significant contemporary home in which every detail is an example of best practice.
View project →A complete restoration project led with Hancock Architects. Original heritage detailing conserved and reset alongside contemporary additions, executed to architect specification.
View project →HP is a Sydney practice of licensed builders and project directors, working with a hand-picked network of the city's most established trades. We have been delivering bespoke residential work since 2008, on the conviction that the gap between a great architect's drawings and the home that gets built is where projects either become landmarks or quietly disappoint.
Our role is to close that gap. One dedicated project director per home. The same trades on site from first slab to final certificate. No compromise on the details that won't be visible in twelve months but will be felt for the life of the home.
HP are the rare builder who treat a set of construction drawings as a brief to be honoured, not a starting point to be negotiated. They are who I recommend when the work has to be exactly right.A. Bennett · Director · [Architect Studio]
